Looks to me like there is

no interest in selling at these prices and there is little or no new buying interest, thus the spread.

That 777 order was my test order. I placed a limit order at .0045 for 777 to see what they fill for. Looks like the MM bought 777 shares for .0036 from another MM and sold them to me for .0045. they showed my fill first, then their fill at ,0036 for a mirrored trade total of 1,554 shares and a DT. It doesn't look like they are filling below .0036.
