Pretty vanilla press release. Wonder who in Medtronic wrote this speech for him. He didn't tell us anything we didn't know aside from a rough timeline.

Two things hit home for me:

1. He did not mention who bought the apparent 23 percent of the company.This was his perfect opportunity to do so but they are keeping a lid on it. Why? Initial news of the Medtronic agreement shot this stock to $1.71. What would news of MDT owning these shares do to the company pps and how would it affect the BO price? The deal is already done folks.

2. When he repeats the numbers, it again hits home that Titan can easily pay Medtronic back the $1.5 million dollar loan. We all know why Titan is not paying back the loan.

This was his time to shine but he blew it. But I believe he blew it on purpose.
