What do you mean 'Non-binding LOI'? Henrik Fisker came on CNBC yesterday and talked about as if this was a "Done Deal". Is there some risk that this is not going thru? I think this has more to do with the stupidly pathetic and colorless interview he gave yesterday in which he was not forthcoming with any details and left lot of things 'unsaid', for whatever reason...I thought they would have come to the IPO with a lot of things already wrapped-up.. Sorry, I hope it was otherwise but Henrik Fisker showed me yesterday why Elon Musk is still the King, the Guy projected no 'Confidence' at all in the interview, completely opposite persona to that of Elon Musk's...
