One question?? Why would you pay 24 or 25 cents for a stock when someone else can buy it for 16 cents....then turn around and sell it to you for 25 cents....hello dummies!!!!...read the private placement article....they can buy unlimited shares for 16 cents a share for 3 years!!!!!...16 cents for 3 years....
