The number of reported cases is a gross misrepresentation of the actual number of infected.

But if you chose to solely use worldmeter, let’s educate you.

135k deaths.

That’s only 4.5% by those numbers. Not 8.

We’re currently seeing reported cases climb dramatically, but not the death toll nor mortality rate to a similar degree.

End rate will likely be less than 1% al told, but in reality we may have little chance of accurately assessing the volume of asymptomatic carriers, or those with symptoms so minimal that there was no reason for a test. Case in point. I had a negative test, but a positive antibody. Meaning I had it at some point. As did my entire medical staff. No deaths. And only one of us sick enough to even notice. But that’s anecdotal of course.
