JustaNewbie, what I have gathered from some of the posts that I read was that some officers within the company exercised a stock option to pick up some restricted shares. Those shares are restricted for 2 years. Your shares are as liquid as water. You can sell whenever you want.

Somebody please correct me if I am wrong about anything I just wrote.

I am jelous of your position. If you bought when you say you did, you've got more shares than I do for less money....nice.
