I think ur missing one key point.

White Lion can purchase 4.9% of the OS over and over and over so long as they only hold 4.9% at any given time.

Point being... they could buy now and would only have to pay .0018 (actually 5% less) based on the terms. And then dispose of those 125,000,000 shares in the .003 area. What an excellent flip for an investment company that would be!!!

Once they sell the shares, they could repeat the deal again and again until they have capped at $5,000,000 loaned out to Verus.

So they could repeat the process many many times.

Your notion that they would benefit by waiting until the price was much higher to buy shares is wrong. They should want to take this share price to the cleaners as many times as possible. I’d be shocked if they weren’t already trying to seal the deal on the initial purchase agreement so they can lock in .0018 and start selling ASAP.
