A little surprised that QDX HID did not use the same registration agent that QMC uses in Nevada (BLUMBERGEXCELSIOR CORPORATE SERVICES, INC.) rather than CT Corp.

Solterra also used BLUMBERGEXCELSIOR in Delaware.
