Settle down misiu.. have yourself a martini. This is great news. Sure we feel like we’ve gotten the runaround from FDA but our application and trials have been changing like the wind. We started and submitted with 350mg and then decided (on our own) to try to increase dosage and found better results. FDA just wants to validate those changes the best they can. They understand how big this drug will be if approved and need to get THEIR ducks in a row before approval. See Truvada’s path to approval
