continously dilute your stockholders into oblivion, costs you almost nothing, buy whatever you want at any price you want. Like patents from advanomics, shoved down sbfm mouth for a ridiculous price.. Scam sale.

Form 4s are typically dished out here for free. Nothing new. I'm guessing too many people own too many shares. Management getting nervous. Losing control. Or.....since they make basically no money. Its pay in lieu of salary. Although it did go to shell companies.....red flag.

They haven't had income in a decade. Amazon sales are a side show.

Sbfm is a bank for a few clever canadians.
