I really don't expect much from the Innovoqor thing.

I do agree with your sentiment that the RS should be cancelled to allow SP to run naturally then do a split at a later date if necessary. Of course, I'm viewing this from a shareholders perspective. I'm not privy to whatever the CEO's viewpoint is.

I guess the RS will get approved after the completion of spin-off merger or when it's announced how the free shares will be handed out.
