I wrote to the attorneys who are working on the TCA Entities re: ITEKNIK.
The following is their reply.


My name is Jean-Pierre Bado and I am one of the attorneys representing Mr. Jonathan Perlman. At the outset I would like to provide you with the Order of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida appointing Jonathan E. Perlman as Receiver over 6 TCA Entities and their assets which are predominately located in the United States and charging him with the task of liquidating those assets and making distributions to investors and creditors.



We are in the very early stages of the Receivership process. We are gathering as much information as possible about the current status of investments and available assets and, thus, do not have any timeline on the estimated return of funds nor the potential amounts of the same. We received your inquiry relating to Iteknik Holding Corp. Please advise on what documentation you possess linking Iteknik with one of the TCA entities in the attached Order.



Finally, please note that pursuant to the attached Order we are required to file an initial plan of liquidation within 90 days thereof. A website has been created, www.TCAFundReceivership.com, that contains additional contact information and will be periodically updated with related occurrences.
