You're correct, I am not a lawyer. But last I knew, Mexus was a U.S. traded company and must comply with U.S. securities law. I can read Guide 7, which clearly defines what a production company is. Why would Mexus lie so blatantly in a PR about transitioning to being a production company (which implies they have mineral reserves) - are they so confident that the SEC will never, ever look at anything besides filings?

PRs are permanent records of promotional methods....unlike Deb's emails which magically disappeared last year.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
