Hi kdpennies, the 28 packets are shipped in a box of 14 each, but they are not cold. The instructions are to keep refrigerated upon arrival for best results which makes it a little bit of a problem if travelling. Your idea of keeping behind the counter in a cooler is a good one if they can talk the pharmacies into that handling for a non prescription med.
I don't believe Efficas will ever be a single source of treatment for allergies but may reduce the reliance on more steroidal, expensive and invasive treatments.
