Great news....

Beyond Commerce (OTCQB:BYOC +3.1%) announced that the Company has submitted its application to list its common shares on the NASDAQ Capital Market.

The Company has engaged Exchange Listing in connection with its efforts to seek a listing for its common shares on NASDAQ.

Beyond Commerce's common shares will continue to trade on the OTCQB under the ticker symbol BYOC until NASDAQ approval.
