I'm all for the company but here this..

The Hemp protein in a drink is my biggest Gripe with Kona Gold. Its stupid and is essentially worthless, Its just hype and could even be called misleading thats its even in there in a reasonable amount to actually do something for you...

I an a purchaser for a Vitamin and supplement Manufacturer.

Hemp Seed protein has been legal and has been in the US market forever, Decades. It's just like any other protein powder (pea, whey, soy, sacha inchi Ect..)

It costs $5.50 Per Kg (2.20462lbs) organic shipped from Canada or now some USA growers.

Humans need 50-200 GRAMS of protein a day. Kona is putting MICROGRAMS in it...Why even eat a microgram of protein? Its ridiculous... there's more sweeteners and flavorings by weight in Kona than actual hemp protein.

And yes it tastes horrible.. like a freshly mowed lawn with some skunk thrown in..

I believe in the company selling good energy drinks but if your after it for hemp protein being in it, they fooled you...

Bang at least has creatine in it in a clinical dose... I don't drink bang, to much caffeine, don't drink kona, not here in Utah but I would if it were here just for taste.


Now if it had CBD or some other actual dose of something, that would be awesome.
