They may be, but do you know that most of the investment sites are stating that this stock will go to somewhere between 1-7 cent in the next months to year? Have you actually looked at their recent deals and investment capital they've taken on? I don't make this shit up and this is not investment advice but I would suggest that you read what has / is still being posted in the financials about this company.. You're at rock bottom right now.

They could be wrong. I'm not saying they are or they aren't, but every site on the internet and charts show this to be rock bottom and a surge coming..

Their finaicials are due out next month
