Seems like all those old things are just that old projects that were under the management of old management, not with American Green anymore and since new management has taken control over divisions things have started moving more for completed projects rather then incomplete projects,granted a couple projects are still in works that have taken a bit longer or are more complex then originally thought, but never the less they are still on board as in process.
The AGM is ever evolving and progressing to be the best device for the industry's that choose to use it for their need of age restricted or controlled inventory..
