Those goal post keep a moving.


No, the goals posts are being pulled back to where they belong - from where they were moved to apologize for QMC's failure to sell QDs - back to where the market says they belong.

Dr. Balchin gave his stamp of approval and SIGNED OFF on each page he didn't read.


I was giving him the benefit of the doubt. If someone else believes Dr. Balchin is incompetent - that he read the doc and missed all the blindingly obvious mistakes - some in bold text - that's their choice.

point out where QMC had Blockchain technology.


Blockchain technology was available open source, for free. Anyone who wants it has it.
