The US democratic party is finalizing their policy platform for the 2020 election. Included in the Democratic party platform recommendation is the following on cannabis:

*Federal decriminalization of Cannabis (Possible triggering event)
*Federal Rescheduling of Cannabis (Triggering event)
*Federal/National Medical Cannabis (Triggering event)

*Allowing states to choose on recreational sales.
*no federal intervention into state rec. cannabis law observance
