I have to make this message a little different from earlier today. Regardless. With all of the options in the universe, I keep coming back to the fact that Medtronic has billions at its disposal for critical future investment growth and can spend it anywhere they wish. They spent it with Titan. Why? No one knows except Medtronic and Titan. But we do know previously 63 times they did their DD before they spend money. This is not a hollow endeavor. It's not a head fake. They have to decide how to grow the business for the next 10-20 years. Things that make you go Hmm........ Good luck and best wishes to all.
