I am not completely clear on why the lawyers want SLJB to stay quiet. What I was told last night is that SS is tired of keeping quiet while shareholders demand answers and he wants to communicate with the shareholders against what the lawyers are asking them to do because they realize that we are kept in the dark and all it is doing is making things much worse. I got the impression that SS is as sick of the silence as we are.

If PV backs off he will be able to release news on deals that KORE has made with SLJB because by doing it that way, SLJB would be keeping quiet, per the lawyers requests and shareholders will still get the info that they want, need and deserve.

This is only a temporary thing until things get back to normal.

However, the bashers will only use it as an opportunity to raise more doubt. That is expected so get ready!

We should be happy that at least we will get info instead of being left in the dark. Isn't that what we all want want? I am still a little confused about this subject with the lawyers but will clarify it when I can. It was very late when we spoke last night and we were both very tired.

I hate to cause confusion when we have so much of it already.

The biggest news is that the TA is now ungagged, just as they promised me that they would. That alone should be a catalyst to regain some trust again. This is what they promised and they have delivered on it. The numbers are exactly as they have stated in the past. 800 A/S and 192 in the treasury.

Let's not get too mixed up on what we don't know yet and concentrate on the first step they have taken to make us happy, the TA.


I will get more info and will stress to the company that a PR be put out to clear the air of the questions we all have.

IMO, this is a positive step going forward and we should be happy about it.

I'll be back on later. I won't be posting much until more info comes out. Today I may just sit and watch as most of you are doing and have been doing. I need a break. I'm getting burned out with all the stress. I will keep you all informed as I get the info.
