1:5000 RS would bring OS to 9 M.
Which is good for stockholders as long as they don't dilute the stock again. I know Finra is not going to approve such a big RS. It will wipe out 80% of shareholders. Finra does work for shareholders. The most appropriate RS should be 1:250 which will reduce the OS but keep most of the shareholders intact.
