I am an investor in your company PVDG and I appreciate the news regarding the closing deal with Virexit Tech.. Great job closing the deal however, when do anticipate more news regarding the deal? Will you announce any partnerships, etc??

Patrick you bought the open market stock which is not an investment that benefits the company. That being said we will be initiating a private placement before the end of the month that you or your associates will find attractive.

I closed the deal in record time and am working on several other situations for those of us who are stakeholders. I have just begun 5 weeks ago but am excited for the opportunity.

Stay tuned I believe that you will be pleased over the next few months on the events that I anticipate/ hope to consummate.
