Its been rumored that Marc Cuban is a big short against Opk. Billionaire against billionaire money obviously to be made and has been imo. I have been here for many, many months from back when it was $2.45 Before the run to $14. No way would I have ever thought this stock in my wildest dreams would have retraced back down to sub $2. That being said I am by no means a professional investor. I listen to CEO’s and judge them on their past business experience, their knowledge of the industry, and integrity. Frost had all three until the latter had been questioned a bit with the lawsuit. I dont think its a deal breaker but the circumstances and characters surrounding the event made me stop and think a bit. All I have to say is Frost needs to get the shareprice up so trapped longs can breath again.

If Mark Cuban is/has been a short of OPK than more power to him as all is good and legal in America!
