Listening to Judge Jones, a few hearings back, he was really focused on quickly finding a solution... he stressed that.... so I doubt he wants to wait and try and maximize the value of estate... I think the JCPenny debtors keep telling him they will go broke and have to liquidate.. not sure if that is true, but that is what they have been telling Judge and so he has been reacting to that.... which again, makes me think he won't delay, once they have a solution, whether the best or not, he will agree... I just hope a rumor buyout appears soon before Judge agrees to wipe out shareholders, per the baseline debtors plan...
