That could've been possibile in the past but now that JPM and MS are hosting the reipo... the possibility is now closer to less than 1%.

JPM and MS are here to make bank.

A year ago I would have laughed at the suggestion that Warren buy into the GSEs. But I believe I saw it suggested that one the many ways they may raise capital is to do a private deal (not for all of it, just as part of the mix). So I not dismissing this as a possibility.
