I was always under the impression that it was various rhinoviruses, but someone else brought up the fact that the common cold is caused by various strains of other coronaviruses as well.

Given Brilacidin’s punch, could it become the first response versus all the over-the-counter concoctions? These are exciting times in the battle against bacteria and viruses. It’s also a time when the pharmaceutical giants may be pulling out the stops to prevent previously unknown compounds from entering the arena.
