Even at the OTC the fundamentals are the nain thing that counts in the end. If a company is that profitable that they can initiate a buy back program, distribute dividends, buy other companies or just strenghten theire current business that will not be unheard even among OTC investors. By the way who says that IGEN will stay on the OTC? Maybe they have higher goals when the Q's look better one after the other. Sure the time is not now and one never know what happens. In the end it's a matter of confidence. Know what you own and stand to it. That is my mood with IGEN. Nothing mor nothing less.
