Are you the only one that doesn't know their CONSERVATOR sent $300 billion of their equity to a sister agency? What's to prevent him from sending more? Even after they go to the market and raise $200 billion additional capital? Wouldn't the price drop again to single digits?

Reverse split isn't needed and serves no purpose. What's needed is Rule of Law. Their CONSERVATOR should do his duty and retrieve all the swindled funds.
