PFAY refers to "Pros For America's Youth." The main thrust of PFAY was/is to stop kids from starting smoking. Besides his scheme to use them to peddle his worthless art and sports collectibles, I'm sure they were less than thrilled to learn Eddie also claimed he intended to use PBHG to build a MARIJUANA business. No wonder the deal went down in flames.

But if you read the entire OTC Company Profile for this POS you'll see there's now NO MENTION OF MARIJUANA ANYWHERE. It's all about his recycled STARFEST DIRECT and De Vie Sun multi-level marketing schemes. His new one page website http://www.pbsholdings.co has no mention of MJ either.
