One of a few (4) outstanding warrants expiring in Feb., I believe. Another expires in Oct. This is true only if the company doesn't decide to change the date or the exercise price. Right now both are way out of the money so no one would exercise them. That's good for less dilution, but bad because no new money comes in for the company's use. PTONF and PTRTF are tradeable in the US but no interest right now because of, again, the low stock price of the company and the looming expiration date.
