I'm a chemist and I know that it is very hard to add F-atoms to a molecule because F-atoms tend to break molecules apart (because it is highly electrophilic)
Due to working with either F2, HF or some other fluorinatedprecursor you need special equipment to make this so 10 years of development is highly possible.

This is why we don't see these kinds of molecules too much in the field (this is a pro to uniqueness)

Another thing that I found is the following from a book called (fluorine, a key element in the 21st century "if you like a read") :
In addition, as far as drug molecules are concerned, fluorine is usually more lipophilic than hydrogen, which makes fluorinated compounds more fat-soluble. This allows them to be more easily integrated into membranes, thus exhibiting higher bioavailability.

This is the key why it works better then the current non-Fluor based molecules.

This on the topic on the molecule it self.

Now onto the chart. I only check via indicators if it is worth to invest in something.
On the daily it is important for me that the MACD is above Zero and that the price is above the 50 SMA (both check this box) . with the RSI I pick my buy in moments.

For full transparency I have my position in this stock and the chart looks good.
