I called Nasdaq yesterday,,.
I can confirm that Cytodyn has an application in process.
I can confirm the symbol CYDY.
I can confirm Nasdaq sends an approved notice letter to Cytodyn after their review. (if approved)
I can confirm once Cytodyn receives the approval notice letter Cytodyn has a 3 day wait period until trading can occur.(if they elect to uplist after notice of approval letter is sent)
I spoke the analyst assigned to the application.
I have his name and his direct phone number
He would not give me any information regarding date of application, status of application, or any other application details because I honestly disclosed to him that I was not representing Cytodyn, only a shareholder.

This was taken from another board. No idea of its validity.
