Incorporated in Colorado, resides is Canada. Thats multiple agencies. I've talked to the Coloado AG. "sceams red flags" was the quote. But its in Canada. Nothing we can do. And at the end of the day, its small fries for the SEC or the canadian bureau. They are too busy for trash like this.

No workers, no legitimate business address, no labs. Not even sure why this is a public traded company, other than illegitimate purposes. Dont need a public company to sell on amazon. Sbfm is a bank for a few canadians. Clever.
