I expect our result from the M/M phase 2 study to be great/ impressive and the results show significant benefits regarding the health of patients and costs for treating COVID 19.
Then imaging that FDA delay us with an additional phase 3 study which will take several months to finish and the Mexicans start (within a few weeks) a phase 2 trial with 25 patients. This phase two study will be finished within a few weeks and they could immediately approve Leronlimab with some restrictions in Mexico. Imagine how many other countries in the south will immediately follow Mexico and will approve Leronlimab before the USA.

Then I would like to be a little mouse and attend the meeting between Trump and Hahn about the story with the Mexicans and Leronlimab which enfolds in the mid of the presidential elections.

The news companies (CNN and co.) will love to burn Trump over the story, how a miracle drug developed by an US company got approved by developing countries in the south but got stuck and unnecessary delayed in the process in the USA.

I do not dare to guess how many unnecessary deaths would be on the hands of FDA, if the delay us even more.
