How would the S-1 be out “by the end of the month” knowing the application has not even been submitted yet to be reviewed and that was written in writing from the IR guy in a email posted on Thursday? Then the IR guy states from another email that it takes between 45-60 days for a response to state if the S-1 is granted, and that is if there are no problems with it! So if that is truly correct, and the S-1 application is submitted on Wednesday of next week, 45 days later is September 1, 2020. September is the 9th month of the calendar year out of 12! That would leave 4 months left and not 5! People can believe whatever they want but IMO the S-1 is still many months away from being granted. Why hasn’t the S-1 application even been submitted yet knowing the only thing they were “supposedly” waiting on were the audited fins which were required for the uplist and that happen months ago? Clark is already planning on writing his excuses for meeting failed revenue projections in 2020! Enjoy...
