I wish I could put a star next to some of these posts, they are that worthy of standing out.


Anything I hold overnight is most often either because I spoke to the CEO (and liked what I heard), or I was a same day bagholder.

Going one step further on your point about the TA (transfer agent), when seeing an interesting chart, I call them and ask for the o/s for first day of the last 3 months, or every 3 months going a year back. This gives me a feel for the dilution rate and how it affected the stock.

It is well advised that new investors get in the habit of calling those who they are 'trusting their money with'.

Not doing so is little different than handing your wallet over, to a stranger on the bus.
