Update!!!

Just got off the phone with Petar. First of all, it was not his father that passed away.

There will be a PR tomorrow or the next day about the TA being ungagged. We already know it is ungagged as of tonight. The PR is to get the word to the rest of the investors about the TA.

They ungagged the TA against the trustee's demands in order to deliver on their promise to us do it.

We should hear something soon on the cement deal recently announced.

The lawyers are asking the company to not put out PR's at this time and are trying to gag them from relaying messages to shareholders. They want more time to get things out for whatever reason, but Petar and Steve know that the shareholders are putting pressure on the company and they will release the news they have promised, only they'll have to do the PR's trough Kore to help the Suljas keep the shareholders informed and not out in the woods like we have been.

Petar is considering stepping out of SLJB in whatever role he has there so that through Kore, SLJB can get the word out to investors about what we need to know that the lawyers are asking them to keep quiet about. It's like having your cake and eating it too IMO.

Kore is Petar's company. He can say anything about SLJB's developments and deals through KORE in PR's which will mention SLJB and it's roles in the deals. After all, the deals are theirs just as they stated. This is the only way for now to communicate with shareholders that want and deserve answers and at the same time not be liable by going against the lawyers requests by putting the Sulja's at any risk by releasing info.

I am still not too clear on this subject and will talk with Petar or Steve further on it ASAP. It is very late and I am completely beat and didn't want to go into it at the moment because I knew it would go on for a while and he was also tired.

One VERY important thing I heard tonight from Petar was that Andrew Devries is definately NOT a part of SLJB's future. He assured me of this. We will soon get answers and they said we deserve them. All of this came from Petar's mouth.

Make of it what you want but I'm feeling a bit better because the TA has been ungagged.

I still have lot's of questions I will ask him. Give me time to get them for you.

He said that up until the time that Stock HOG and I went to see them, they didn't really understand the demands of shareholders and vowed to continue to do what is in the best interest of the company and it's shareholders by using better communication.

I am really pushing for a webcast or video interview with Steve and Petar in the near future. Anything that can better inform us about what is going on I am game for. I will do everything in my powers to help jump start this company in the right direction.
