Just spoke to my dentist about HOCL. He said they fog their office every night with a 200 ppm nebulizer.
He also said it can be used at:
20ppm in the eye
60ppm to clean produce
200ppm to clean wounds
460ppm to clean surfaces

Interesting substance. He makes his own in office, but said it would be convenient just to buy it by the gallon and dilute.
