Tonight, I agreed to FAVORABLE merger terms. I am satisfied with the results. WE HAVE A VIRTUAL HANDSHAKE. ACCR will have a new CEO to be announced on Monday before the bell. I will promise my current Shareholders to be true to you through the END.

Terms are well...I stay on as sole Director with a new control block ONLY VOTING POWER and not trading 50/50 owned between the CEO and I. CAPITAL INJECTION ON MONDAY...A new preferred B class only 2 units 4.99% new shares of COMMON.....1 to me, and 1 to my CEO.

We remain debt FREE, minus $20,000.00 loan 0% interest Balloon payment by this Director. My estimate is we come out fully diluted about 140M fully diluted.

I WILL CANCEL ALL MY COMMON STOCK..............

The Voting Class A will be filed with Amendment to Articles, and the Class B as well.

PRE ANNOUNCE on MONDAY.

WE ALL AGREE TO WORK ON THE FORM 10 FILING WITH THE SEC, and PAY THE $3,500.00 to OTC Markets, we agree....to get up PINK CURRENT! Then, we go pursue the Declaration of Effectiveness for our new Registration Statement FORM 10 or Super 8k filing....we reference everything down to ZERO.
