I won't waste my time doing research you can do yourself. Still waiting for the U.S. law you believe allows anyone to attempt to take money from U.S. businesses owned by citizens of Brazil when those citizens were not served with a U.S. Judgement in Brazil (aka Foreign Judgement).

You are losing me.

So are you saying that GDSI needed permission to file a lawsuit in federal court in Florida?

Or are you saying that if GDSI gets a monetary judgment and let's just say seizes a bank account in the United States, they need someone in Brazil to give them permission to do so? In answering, maybe you can point us the the Federal Rules of Procedure that a judgment from a US court collected within the United States needs a foreign country's permission to do so.

For example, Rontan is owed money by GM. Are you really saying that GDSI needs Brazil's permission to get for example a Turn Over order which I'm sure you would agree that Bill Isaacson knows how to do.
