GOD, I pray.......I have prayed for this JUST FOR MY SHAREHOLDERS, whom I will NEVER betray.

This is an almost criminal statement to make. Why?
Because the very first thing- the very first thing that will happen after a r/m or merge is the cancelling of the original shares.
Totally, completely. Immediately. I've never seen a penny scam carry original shareholders into the new company. Never. New shares will be issued to you and the new company and you WILL deem accr shares null and void and worthless. There is no reason to carry the baggage forward. None.

And mr. principal, you know this for a fact. All of your damning comments to your credibility are being saved and recorded. Forever.
