Be sure Seamus isn't going anywhere.

CD has 51% control. He and Seamus have been joined at the hip for years.

Due to being kicked off the NASDAQ they could no longer raise the type of capital needed to turn the company around.

CD supplied it outside of the market.

They must complete an RS even if they bought back 8 billion. Now if they bought back 9.9 billion well that's a different matter.
Is this possible? There is no such thing as retail shorts in sub pennies but there are MMs and Hedge funds that play all types of games down here in the sewers.

I have seen it and lived it.
I'm not going to argue about what I have experienced 1st hand.
