43.5% of Public Clients are Delinquent...

Out of 61 Public Clients, 27 are delinquent in filing including client on the OTCQB.

To me it either verifies that there is a problem with auditing due to the pandemic or due to the auditing company itself maybe being understaffed.

Either way, I will remain heavily invested in PCTL for the long term as I believe necessary changes will be made to ensure this will not happen again in the future and that the company will continue to expand it's footprint in North America, Uk, Europe and Africa.
