Just looked at the volume on the burst to .07 and it was 300 million or ~$15 million in trading volume.
Consider the last big run from .0007 to .15, it never came close in trading ($) volume. Their biggest days were in the 200M share range and shares were in the trips/subs.

How often do you see stocks have more volume and more $'s traded on their second run? Very very few. And those lucky few see prodigious success.
