I've caught some criticism for this but I don't think we will see a change in FDA status until there's a new administration. I think if they were going to do something they would have already. The FDA has known the farm bill's intention for CBD for 2 years.

This new OMB review looks like a place to park things to sit in purgatory. Some believe otherwise and that's fine, I'm not looking to debate it.

If the FDA wants to prove me wrong I would love it, but in the meantime I be would like to see CVSI conduct business as though guidance is a year away. To continue treading water for the FDA to break is not reading the tea leaves correctly IMO.
