According to State records they have the funding through private groups for the first U.S based commercial facility. (Jindal Steel and Power) a partner may be connected, Jindal Group is a 22 Billion dollar conglomerate of companies in Indonesia-India.

They have two sites chosen for the commercial facility that need approval.

Note: Future developments based on upcoming test results. Should be a piece of cake to get improved numbers based on UW engineering enhancements.
Maybe better than expected results too.

Like I said months ago, Wyoming is a partner and backing CCTI.
