A state representative emailed me about Cytodyn. This happened today and was from the office of a legislator I've had the pleasure to meet in person. The contact was to let me know they were tracking the progress of Cytodyn through the FDA approval process as I had brought Cytodyn to their attention a few months back.

I spent the next few hours preparing the response which I'm sure will be more than expected.

Attached the chart presented today regarding treatment cycles (mono therapy) and viral loads.

Link to the SEC petition to investigate Andrew Left / Citron, also made sure Timothy Sykes made the honor role.

I asked if possible through cascading contacts from their office to help move the SEC to investigate Left and Sykes.

A state legislator may not be able to influence that directly but they would have credibility with the US congressional representatives and the email was formulated in a manner that it could be passed along with no additional information needed.

Will it help? It delayed the FBI complaint but it also better helped organization information for the complaint (reload for tomorrow) and it is another credible avenue for pressure to come to the SEC.

This representative has a track record of pulling for the little guy.
