Are you insinuating Kim is purposely making decisions that he knows will not benefit shareholders but may benefit him?



Kim stated he was the "Board of Directors" in SEC filings; though a sole entity...

He has majority voting rights, so the announcement of a vote is a mere formality...

Question is, will he forgive any of his back salary or will he subtract the full amount due him...

Hence partial reason for the many millions...

As opposed to attempting 5 or 10 million?

Don't get me wrong...

If he's due, then collect it...

But at least inform me why this was a better deal for ALL CONCERNED...

Not just the majority shareholder.
